Police are appealing for the public's assistance to help locate two local wanted men.

An arrest warrant has been issued for 36-year-old Kane Turner in relation to breaching a community corrections order.

He is known the frequent the Horsham, Stawell and Ballarat areas.

Three warrants have also been issued for 48-year-old Phillip Smith in relation to burglary and failing to appear at court while on bail.

Smith is known to frequent the Horsham, Rupanyup and Morwell areas.
